Hurricane Katrina was still big on the news at the time when I made this. So I was trying to say that all the effort they put into terrorism stuff didn't keep Americans safe from Katrina. Although, had the people heeded the warnings and left the city, there wouldn't have been such a big prob there. In short I wanted them to use the effort they used for anti-terror preparation into severe weather preparation.

I agree with the idea that tributes shouldn't have to be entirely serious, but I think some parts of your flash were a bit too far.
The begining about the Taliban was good and well executed. Although, in my opinion, "OMG flood" combined with Numa Numa was stepping from the light hearted line and into the realm of mocking. I know this wasn't your intent, but it could quite easily be taken as such. It's nothing personal, but you could have done a much better job with expressing your ideas concerning the flood as you did with the Taliban in the begining. In a way though, the ending text does start to make up for the above.
None the less, it's nice to see you actually put some time and thought into this, unlike most other tributes that hope to slide by on subject matter alone.
BTW, I agree with your stance about the govenor of Louisiana being deterimental to the relief process. It would be nice to see elected officials put aside partisan politics for once.

The other 9/11 tribute was far superior to this rubbish. It had humour, satire, social commentary and a lack of shame.
This just stinks, you get 1 for effort.
