No. Just no.
Theere's a whole lot of choices, that's good.
But only one of them makes you get through the mission succesfully.
It's like a wannabe sandbox game going ''Look at me! I'm a sandbox game! You can go do whatever you like, but if you don't do it right, you die!''
So yeah, it's still linear.
And I kinda got pissed off at the interactive parts. One of them, I completed it only to be ambushed. The word flashed across the screen and my remaining men were killed by a truck and two soldiers.
What the fuck?
And really, both interactive parts are way too difficult.
The one where you're first person shooting the iraqis is too inaccurate. And the iraqis are fucking tiny out in the distance.
And the gun fills out 3/4 of the screen!
The one where you have to gun down trucks is...
Well, impossible. You do too little damage. I could only kill 3 before being blown to bits because I had to shoot them like 10 times each - if not more.
To be honest, I liked the last one better.
It had no interactive part, it was easier, and the graphics were about the same.
Not much of a difference, except that it was better in that it had no interactive parts or random ambushes where I'm blown to freaking bits by a force I outnumber 3 to 1!
