Well, to critique a director is difficult for me as I have never done any directing; But here it is:
I wish you had used something a little more serious for subject matter other than a game of slap (we used to call it pelting). It is hard to judge the quality of a director without seeing his/her use of satire, symbolism, paraphrasing, and foreshadowing. I would've also liked to see how you would've taken on shadowing and color (not included) I liked the angles that the "camera" was placed at for the shots. I liked the way you showed how many people can be brought together through the actions of an individual. I also liked how you represented the competetive mood that can result from a simple, relaxing past-time.

Well I'm glad to see someone over analyized my animation :). When wrote direction and cinematography, I just ment if I created attractive and engaging camera work.
Your analysis, however, is very good, I'm glad you saw themes in it (I personally saw alot of individualism when I finished).

Loved the style!
I loved the look of your movie, and the "lack" of "good" graphics was actually what added to the great look of the movie. The song/music fit perfectly. And the animation, I thought, was superb. You even threw in a bit of a storyline in a seemingly random flash movie.
