Reviews for "The Voice Actor's Creed"

Way to self whore.

What an interesting way to put yourself forward in order to try and get voice acting work. It certainly sounds interesting and the whole range of personas that you give I can't fault - I'll save that for if they get used in any flash productions in the near future, as the context can be seen / heard a lot better then.

As a fellow voice actor, I think that it's just showing people how to make their way forward in the world of flash production and voice acting. Given that you'll eventually get gigs with this sample you've shown us, proves that you can make the grade. I'll look forward to seeing the productions that you'll be involved in.

Thank you. Best of luck to you as well!

Pretty cool.

I think that all voice actors should have to take a pledge like this one. It sums up what we must do. As for the voices, I actually really enjoyed your voices, except the villain. That sounded REALLY forced. I'd like to do my own form of this!

Cool deal. Thanks man!

Pretty awesome

Well, I think it goes without saying that I think you're a great voice actor, since I've hired you for at least one big project of mine.

The best bit was at the end, when you said "I am Mitchell Brown. I am a Newgrounds Voice Actor". It just sounded so genuine and cool.

A lot of the voices sounded like The Simpsons, so interpret that as you wish...

Some of the bits were pretty funny. Not laugh-out-loud funny, but funny enough to make it interesting.

I think it would have been nice to get to hear the individual voices a bit longer, but I suppose that would be hard with the format you chose.

Overall, it was pretty good..

Ill keep working on it. Thanks!

Some good some bad, etc..

You know the drill with things like this. It's full of some good voices and some not so good voices so the score always drifts right around the middle of rating system when I review.

My favorite voice had to be your normal voice where you did the introduction and the final part of the submission. Oddly it was your normal voice and it wasn't really acting in anyway, but because of that it sounded so natural and you never got the impression that you were trying too hard like you do with some of the voices here.

Like I mentioned some just sounded like you were trying too hard, but that seems very common when trying out some new voices. I personally don't have the time to label each voice and say what I liked about each one, but there were a few that I could imagine good characters for and sounded quite clear.

At first I almost thought the quality wasn't the best, but it seems that I didn't even notice it after I listened for a little bit so the overall quality of the submission itself was quite good.

Overall I know your a great voice actor and trying out new voices can be tough, but it is also what is going to help you improve so keep up the good work and keep coming up with new and improved voices so you have a wide range of possibilities.
