Not bad
It seems to me like you have put a lot of effort into this. You have to think, though, that there are already a lot of tank games like this. So if you want yours to be good you'll have to give it some special features the others don't have.
If you want ideas you could play the game called Gunbound. It's more similar to Worms than to tanks but still you might find some nice ideas.

only one bug, at some time, the turn wouldnt end and he could shoot all the time he wants... b-side that, it was really cool!
