You have room for improvement... LOTS of room.
First off, the movement of your sprites has to be a lot smoother. You want to try to get the movement as close to the original mario as possible, since your going to be imitating it.
Secondly, you could probably tone down on the swearing a bit. I mean, I don't mind the swearing, but it detracts from the humor of the language when used in excess. Same with sexual references.
Thirdly, the violence is a little over done. When a character is killed in a comical manner, its funny. When a character is killed in a comical manner 5 times within the minute, not as funny. Maybe working on the script a bit more will help.
Finally, the sounds... my god the sounds. Some were just plain off, others plain wrong, and the addition of the PB&J time banana was a little unnecessary. It's almost as if you needed the cameo to keep your viewers interest, like some sort of floundering sitcom.
Nice try, but you need to improve vastly before trying again.
