Superb
The only issue I can find with this excellent audio soundtrack is a miss of any conclusion, and while it stands on it's own merits, a nice big finish would have been nice.

Video game genre?
Really great loop sound for the credits of a video game. I could see this on a lot of games where you won and they are giving the happy cheery music behind it to make you feel like you actually did something worthwhile instead of wasting time in your room naked on the floor eating chips and playing a video game.
You set it up very well to end to loop over some credits and then to fade out as the screen fades out. Nothing really wrong with it in my opinion.

You've got the feel right
It certainly had that "You win" feel to it. I think this would have been more powerful if you had but a crash at the end, or something.
The melody was nice. I could listen to it for a good while before getting annoyed.
At only 11 seconds, I'm finding it hard to say anything else about it, but I enjoyed it, and I'm sure it'll be used it many video games.

Nice tune
Reminds me a bit of the Final Fantasy fanfare when you won a battle; you managed to catch that feeling of the FF fanfare in your own tune, which is a good thing.
Also, it loops nice which is also a good thing. If an author decides to put this in his game he just can let the tune loop three or four times and then slowly fade it out.
Only bad thing is that it is pretty short. I think a few more seconds would be pretty nice to have here.
