good for a start
its a good start for a game but needs fleshed out. missiles enemies that shoot back, a purpose for being able to steer the plane, objectives levels, these would all add greatly to the game. good for a few minutes of fun, but not much afterwards.
A Black Hole of Boring!
Well, that's exactly what I pegged this movie to be. This may be one of the few Ace Combat clones out there, but let me tell you. I never liked Ace Combat, nor will I ever like this. Like the Alexander movie, this was just plain lull-me-to-sleep dull as watching paint peel.

I' mwith these guys, Iwas expecting much better. No real flying, it's difficult to ee the planes onece you frag one, they always come from the same spot, slow reticle movement, the weapon was patheticly weak and uninteresting. It was highly unrealistic... It was also very repetitive. In real life a jet like that would have missiles, and dual machine guns on and possibly even one at the nozzle. In real life I'd have been able to roll out of contact with numerous planes, and the enemy wouldn't be suicide ramming me, they would have been firing and swinging away and then trying to get on my six so as to tail me while another one would go ontop and try to force me downward and limit my evasion tactics, as well as to prevent my ejection.

it was really not that good of a game, it lagged, controls sucked, and it didnt make lot of sence...
this game woul be wasome if you
inverted the controls(down=up, up=down)
got rid of the health amd made it lives
didnt have plans fly into you, rather them shoot stuff at you
make a reason for turning left an right...ya know, like to get out of the way of things,
add missles
take out all the pics and draw them your self
add music
now i have to ask, since you said its like after burner....have you ever played after burner? becuse the only thing your game and sega's game had in commen was aircrafts, thats it
maybe............
make it able to move around jets and missles too
