No matter what anyone says, this will be a funny parody, the way the sounds and other things are mixed is pure genius, it adds some variety, THIS IS GREAT!

What the hell?
You took backgrounds from Metal Gear and the controller from the NES, sprites from Ghost Babel, sounds from one of those annoying text-to-speech engines (they really piss me off), the codec from MGS2 plant chapter, codec sprites from MGS, and credit music from Snake Eater. What was it meant to be a parody of?
The way the guard in the warehouse flips over is stupid, you really overused the buttons joke, the audio wasn't lip-synced, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but their mouths carry on moving for way after the dialogue is over, the crashing sound effects were really annoying and made the dialogue inaudible, and the last scene with the TX-55 computer (displaying the blue screen of death) didn't make any sense (why didn't Snake drop the bomb, and why did he randomly walk around).
I didn't find this interesting at all, I didn't really think the storyline was the sort of thing you could get a fair bit of comedy out of, so I'm onbviously not gonna recommend you remake it. Instead, make something decent (or at least learn to) in order not to bombard the portal with crap. You could have real potential for all I know, but you certainly aren't showing it with stuff like this.

You tried to rip off the 'what buttons are you talking about?' joke from Metal Gear Fiesta, the 'falling out of the plane' joke from Metal Gear Douche, and the inapproriate music joke from A Look: Metal Gear. Yet, your versions are all inferior. Overuse of comedy soundeffects, often drowning out the dialogue.
You seem to know how Flash works, I'm sure you can make a much better movie!

You blew this flash man. Can't you do anything else than making that junk but everything was ok until the colonel watched pokemon and that just playing childish. I only liked the sound fx from Looney Tunes and MK3. Make another flash or else burn your flash up and your computer and lets see if your computer can survive the burn to make another flash.
