Some suggestions
I think the reason why nobody played past level 1 is that you have to beat the computer 10 times to get past a level and that gets boring. I have made a pong clone before in c++ and i think what made it fun to play was that after you beat the computer 3 times it got harder (automatically. You didnt have to go back to the menu). If you Lost 3 times on one of the levels you would have to start again on level 1. That made the game more exiting because it makes you panik if your on a high level and the computer has beaten you 2 times and it makes it a lot more fast paced. As for the difficulty the only thing that changed between the levels was the balls maximum speed. I didnt have to change the computers ai once and it works quite well because of how the levels increase. Overall not a bad game but i hope you didnt really spend months making this. Sorry to criticise but i hope it is constructive criticism.

But I really don't like the way you just slapped a popular internet cartoon character on it when it had barely anything to do with it.
You could have put Darth Vader or Darth Maul as the ball with the Death Star in the background and called it Star Wars Pong.
Try and make your own design. Keep it original.
