I don't usually listen to this kind of music, so I can't give too good of criticism about it, but I have to say I really like it. The vocals caught me off guard. Your author commets made it sound like they were gonna suck, but on the contrary, they were very refreshing. Not to mention the lyrics are great!
The guitar is sweet too. It's what grabbed my attention and got me into the song. I have to give you a 10 on this. This song is just too cool to get anything lower.

On the guitar? That's Waves GTR 3. On the vocals; its me singing with the mic held with both hands over the diaphragm.
The bass isn't a bass- its a guitar with an octaver on it so it cuts through kinda hard but you're losing quite a bit of low end in this mp3 version so its not quite the version I'd like people to hear; it sounds better in the original .wav
