man, im really glad you finished this off and submitted it again. the first time i saw it i thought it was bloody excellent, and i still think the same of it. whatever portal awards you get, you deserve them... definately.
pretty much every single aspect of this was outstanding. graphics, animation, sound effects, voice acting, it was all bloody amazing. well done.

There is only one thing I'd say, the running animation could use a bit more technique, but who am I to tell someone what to do, I am a really, really bad drawer ;)

i see you actually drew the backrounds this time which makes a huge difference in presentation. there were some flaws though. the story is real lame. its one of those fight this bad guy to restore order in the world. the graphics were awesome. i dont get the part where hes running through the tunnel and he runs across the ceiling! what is he SONIC!!? also riding a dead body was kinda wierd. the music at the final fight with the freeza looking thing bugged me! why was it happy!! I WANT SOME METAL during fight scene!!! but overall good graphics, cheesy, but overall alot of fun to watch.

It was alright.
I liked the animation alot and this "special edition" wasn't really anything new just missing half the movie. Still the overall cheezy ness is a 10 the part where he over uses the uzis is just absurd he doesn't reload and just continuiously kills all the guards with the swords they pretty much couldn't even touch him... though the part wheres hes surfing on the guy is pretty funny. "Can't you see i read all your moves?" was the most funniest/stupidest thing i have ever heard. And the overkill on the last guy was just retarded.
The movie animaton was extemely good but the story was crap. Try to find a better writer on your next movie.
