I think the song is actually called "Dreams". Very well put out, lots of ravers use this for hardcore mixing, but i rather like to keep the soft feeling of the actual melody (like you did). Even the little DnB drum loop cuts are soft enough hehe

I can TOTALLY c myself playing Sonic 3 & hearing this version in the game!
Personally, it would be awesome if they would take Sonic 3 and update it with 3D graphics and up to date quality sound, but keep the gameplay (and sidescrolling) identical to the original.
Then slap this in the background XD
