Rocking!
Besides from the creepy laughing at the beginning the intro is awesome. Sweet guitar rifts and screams, along with a rocking beat. The singing is pretty good to, for Thrash metal. Keep up the good work!

The production is top notch for thrash, and the riffs are decent enough, if not particularly memorable. It is really tight though, and the drums are pretty good. I'll say right now that I hate all thrash vox to begin with, so my judgement on that aspect is biased, but you seem to have pulled them off alright. Guitar solo is fucking bad-ass, 'nuff said.
My main criticism would be to add a bit more low end into the mix. I also noticed a peak or two in there, but it's nothing terrible.
