It's decent; better than many DBZ tributes.
Controls are simple, but it's effective, and I like the stylistic decision to keep it black-and-white like the manga.
However, you didn't have to make them sprites. I understand the ease of animating them, but still.

Just the 16-bit game I was looking for.
If you could make this game an RPG, and put in more characters to unlock or something it'd be really good. You might want to add some music?
