Reviews for "Piano Collab in A Minor =HFX="

*refer to Lamplighter's summary*

You certainly know what you're doing with that piano :)
I like the velocity changes, did you play it live maybe? If so, then good job, otherwise, good job at programming the velocities.

This collab is going to be great. :) And I think this one really fits well after mine.

Keep it up!

Phyrnna responds:

Thank you very much. Piano is my main instrument... it's the only instrument that I know how to play. >_< But I did play this out on my badly out of tune piano before I went to write it into FL. But that's also how I know what the velocities are, since I memorized the way I struck the keys on the piano and reproduced that as closely as possible on FL.
Thank you for listening and enjoying!

I mean amazing!!

Love it in the collab;
just a bit over the collab 40 second guideline but I'm glad it ended nice for the next piece xD

Might start Piano Collab 2
first is already over 5 mins lol - I have to cut it alot, and the file size :(

but really beautiful
thanksyou

Phyrnna responds:

No, thank you for organizing this piano collab in the first place. ^_^ Without that it wouldn't have happened at all.
I love what you came up with and I'm also glad with the way it's turning out. ^_^
Best of luck to you and school!

cool

sounds pretty cool. a bit nastolgic, and reflective. nice peice, i'll give you a ten because you deserve it.

Sounds a little familiar..

Very pretty beginning. Lol, also didn't realize once it had ended.
The parts the lower keys play loudly are a bit too loud(0:15), much compared to the chords and melody..it's a little disproportioned, since the other keys don't seem to be raised at all, which makes them seem repetitive. However, after the sudden overloudness, it makes a smooth entry into the normal volume, or at least the arps seem to do fill the would-be gap between loud and unloud..:P
What I think was well established in this piece is its own pattern. It's very organized and very unmessy, making it seem very clean and orderly, composition-wise.
Lovely to-be addition to our collab, though it's kinda 2x the limit..:P
Good thing a 2nd should be coming..I would love to see this put in :)

Very nice

It's a pretty good melody and repeats well throughout the song, especially with the chord changes at :14. I feel it could've used a bit more variation towards the end, especially from :43 onward to distinguish it from the beginning. I agree with the people that said that the low notes overpower the mix. But I think that also your high notes could use some more compression and velocity, and an EQ boost in the high end and a cut on the low end would've helped too.
