I can tell this isn't a sincere song of your's and that you were just messing around. But I still enjoyed it, and it's pretty soothing despite the repetitive cowbell beat. It would be better if you took it out and just reuploaded it, then again it would lose it's whole purpose and just be another smooth song.
I actually had it loop in the background without even realizing, which is a good thing. Shows overall repetitiveness is not an issue and that it is very friendly to hear. Nothing is overwhelming and the cowbell actually blends in quite nicely unlike I thought it would.
The pads were great too and gave it an awesome feel, in the end a pretty cool unique, (perhaps experimental?) track.

Usually as soon as I read the word cowbell I assume the song is going to be mediocre, but then again as soon as I see a song made by Mrmilkcarton I assume the song is going to be good. It's kind of like when an unstoppable force meets an unmovable object. The result here was quite unique and entertaining. I vote for you to make an extension. Good job overall.
I'd probably remove the cowbell in the extension.

Entertaining if only for a little while. Good concept. Not over the top enough. Variate the cowbell, different pitches, lines, tones. Hey, why not, go wild. Chuck in an all new cowbell. We need more cowbell.
