Hmmm
What could be missing is the background of the second act. You hear it faintly in the main part of the song. The intro is great, adding your own interpretation in it. I think if (i dunno if im allowed to reference...) arcanedragon-2004 and his Ultimate S&K and S3 Medley, @ 1:40 he nails that small detail that makes ice cap zone. Try to emphasis certain parts of the song to make it stand out.
Still, yours is a great iteration of Ice Cap Zone, keep it up.

I see what you're talking about. That part comes in way at the end. I always planned to do more with this but my brain dried up so i was never able to add more to it. So while that may, in a way, be missing, adding it to other parts of the song may take away from its uses within the main course of the song and within the fading outro.

Reason its not is because the melody that made the song (originally) is too low its snuffed out if it was louder, would have been perfect.
