Mixed reactions
Ok, this movie had a lot of stuff in it I liked. The idea of drifting from place to place on hot air balloons was way cool. 'Relaxing on hot air balloons and blimps' has been put on my list of things to do when I get superpowers. The fact that DM has to put up with guff from the populace at large on account of his.... unorthodox powers was cool. And, unlike many of my co-reviewers, I actually thought that the no-words-only-music thing worked really well.
Ok, now on to my big issue: crap. Projectile crap. I know it's the whole point behind DM's schtick and all, but it just reminded me of the kind of toilet humor I remembered from grade school. I laughed at it because I was 8. Seeing it again now... well, it isn't really my thing any more.
