Right track.
Graphics:: Spend more time on the layers and animation properties. The paintbucket shade/hue fill colorization is a really old tactic...and it looks super cheezy and unoriginal. Take time to develop the characters and individual animation properties.
Sound:: Good voice work, needs to be synched better to the mouth movement.
Overall:: You're on the right track, you just need to refine the animation and layers... 5 out of 10 points
