Needs improvement
Before you reply with your rhetoric, little boy.. know this.. Im helping you, I'm a licensed critic and distributor.
The graphics, as far as I can tell were original, that alone deserves a 6. You could have improved with the animation but I am sure you were in a hurry to get this submitted.
There is no real style in this, as others have said before you do require more flow. Really analyze how news reports are done and emulate that in your future animations.
The sound was poor quality, I believe in no sound at all over poor sound. or at least sound fx and background music without voices.
Violence and Humor, well. It was just too ridiculous to be funny. Think of how people would really do things when facing those simulated problems and the characters you are portraying will direct themselves.
In total, you have alot of work to do to get better. I suggest you try making a series.
Now before you go replying in your childish little way like you've done with more than half the replies know this, CRITICS don't need to be able to DO flash, they understand the art behind it and that is more than most professional animators ever do. so right there you can shove it. Take my advice you will be better for it.

i know ur right, that's why i didn't replied to ppl who actually ARE right,and i know u ARE right , but how couldn't i be mad at him when the review isn't right at all?He gave me a 0 for everything+he insulted me...now that's a typical n00b-review, trust me i've got experience with this!after all i am a police captain...i know my flash isn't the best, but it deserves more than a 0, and u, u are honest, so i respect ur review
Not bad....
The sound quality sucks though, you should get a better microphone, there was way too much fuzz here. The humour wasn't bad, but also could be better... The animation was pretty nice though, it's the best of it all. There should be more of it, though. You said that you interrupted it for a commercial, but it never continued. And you should add an ACTUAL commercial, about some product.
Anyways, keep it up.

Yeah, my mic isn't too good...Now what ur saying about the humour is ur opinion...A lots of ppl thought it was great.I'll fix everything in part 2, by then i would have a new mic
Preety decent work
I liked it, especially the "Luigi tried to kill mario Idea" (He he he, stupid hobbites). Anyway you should try to improve audio quality and i think you will do nice flash animations in the near future. Good luck in future projects.
