lol, yes. This is the first Internal Fires that does not loop at some random point where it gets good.
After reading some reviews (actually all because I have responded to all of them), I decided to try putting an end.
The results were phenomenous.
More will come. Ending business not yet for sure. Blood...we will see, but I agree with you.

Every person has to shit. It is perfectly normal. it is actually very healthy for the body.
After people eat foods, their body digests that food into something the body can use to its own advantage. For example, repair skin, grow healthy bones, etc.
Parts of foods cannot be digested by the body. This excess supply of material is unnecassary to the body and needs to be taken out by means of excretion (also known as shitting).
You should never hold it in. Your bladder can explode causing extreme damage to your body and how it functions.
This goes for almost all life too. When your dog takes a dump in your backyard (I believe in your case, it shits in your bed), don't get mad . . . It's perfectly healthy!
Also, don't sleep with domesticated animals, that's where disease emerged.
