try this:
spend more time in drawing the backgrounds
don't use stick figures on story-based movies
maybe give the characters voices
the silent hill 3 music was great and the backgrounds weren't bad, nice athmosphere
The only thing thats nice on this piece of crap
is the car!

That wasn't awfull, it wasn't great either. It would have been nice if it had a little more set-up, exspecialy for a movie of this genre. And i don't know if it was just me, but a neon green guy in this setting looks rather goofy. Maybe make him a diffrent color and add some hair or something? The face tweens was kinda weird too, would help if he had something on his head to turn with it. The story progression was pretty good i think, it just didn't have the visual power to make it creepy, or the music to add to it. And actually showing the girl and making it prominant its a father and daughter initialy would help a lot. Keep trying, your next one should be better.
