i would have to say the best animation in that flash was the door opening.
When (if) you make ep 2, just work harder. That's all. Maybe use line instead of brush for the sticks, cause they look pretty horrible.
And make ep 2 long, work on it for like 5 months then submit it (this was only like 640kb, the file limit is 5mb) The only reasons i see to make something in another episode is if it goes over file limit or because of a plot.
You said the plot would be explained in ep 2.. but it could've been done in this episode (which was 100% pointless i might add)
go to the ng forums and look around the threads for techniques and stuff to help you flash better
