Good graphics, bad sound.
Your drawings and animation aren't too bad, they have a style of their own and in general just look really good.
I'm going to be blunt though, you need to do something with the voice acting. Either scrub it in favor of using subtitles (keep the background sound however), or find someone else to do them. The droning narration almost put me to sleep, and you sounded almost like you were reading the script for the first time.
Again though, the rest of it is good work. There wasn't too much "meat" in this animation, or action, but I'm assuming you planned to do a quick vid or two before launching further into your story.
