Pretty good, but I kept breaking down.
I tried avoiding the other cars, but my % kept going down, and I died before I got close to finishing. If you could make it better, and also add sound effects and make it so your car shows damage the smaller your % is, that would be neat.
i did add sound effects(the engine sound and the breaking sound) but you could only hear the breaking sound when you press 'left' key while the car is moving.
Damn impressive!
For your first game, this is really damn good!
All you really need to add in are just some smaller aspects... different cars... maybe a set number of cars, and a place indicator... manual cars with proper gear ratios (a family 4 door at a 250 top speed is a bit much :-P).. different road surface, for the first 2 minutes I avoided the rocks because I didn't think that'd be a great idea hitting them going that fast.. maybe be able to upgrade your car with performance mods or body kits (i'd love to see a grocery getter with a kit!)
The biggest thing I could suggest if you plan on sticking with this idea.. try to come up with something original... it seems like everything I see on here either ends up like DragRacer or CreateARide... if you could come up with new and different you could definately grab yourself a spot on the front page...

it was an okay game
u have some collision control problems, if u get going fast enough on the bottom, u can go right through the few cars u hit, ussualy surviving the track and also, how can a "crap car" go 250
i found the problem when i was playing it too but i couldn't find a way to fix it.
but i'll learn more actionscript and fix it.
Good Game Play..
For your first game, it's pretty good. The scripts are very well done, but could use some more time. A story line might of helped a bit, and a rank or posiition might of been good as well. Overall, it was a good game, I'd like to see a future version!
