I appreciate the slight flourishes that move in the image, casting slight changes in the light distribution. It helps me to feel that the image is alive.

The individual moving across the screen is done decently in my inexperienced opinion. The movement of the individual limbs and accessories feels rather seamless to me.

One thing that feels slightly off to me is their movement at the end of the scene. When they are leaving, it feels like their running momentum picks up just a hair too fast.

Don't take my comment too seriously though, I am a complete noob when it comes to art.

Skulking.
This feels like a really atmospheric traditional scene, where the figure is escaping an ambush or some such.
There is too much tension, and haste for it to be simple scouting, not with that gleam of fear in the quick glances.
This might actually make a great loading screen between levels of platformer, with the bounciness.
