This is one of the most amazing things ive seen done with the flash progam. I also believe that it is the best game on newgrounds due to the depth and longevity of the game. I will admit it took me a while to understand all of the elements of the gameplay of which thier were many and i found it a little complicated to start off with but once i got over this intial period i found it very rewarding. It reminds me of one of the best star trek games birth of the federation. Im in no doubt this will make the front page and i want to say well done for creating what can only be called a flash masterpeice. Thankyou.

Thank you for the good comments. In my next game I plan to add a more extensive instructions menu. I hope that will make it easier to get into this type of game.

Killed the Borg! Lived till 400! Just one thing. When I get to use Voyager, the ship doesnt seem to ever get any hull damage (I was indestructible). Its just as well because it would be almost impossible to take on all those Borg with that one ship alone. That last level took me the longest, not enough energy. Is there something that helps you recharge energy? If not it would be a good idea to include something like that... it took ages to recharge just to do a tinny bit of damage one a Borg ship.
Anyway, I thought it was pretty good. Well done!

The best weapon to use in the last level is the pulse phasers (object looks like a two yellow/gray rods) or the lance phaser (a gray/red rod). Lance does a lot of damage with little energy. Pulses uses little energy and do slight damage but fire very rapidly.

Thanks. I do plan to make at least one more game like this. It will probably incorporate more researching, upgrading and fleet building than collecting items in space...and I plan to refine controls and reduce the learning curve. Don't expect it for several months though - these games take a while to program.
