Hm... You need to brush up on your grammar lessons and get a thesauras. Some of the lines were laughable when you were trying to be serious. The graphics weren't too grand. The guy's lips freaked me out. The story leading into it wasnt' too bad. Not the most original, but the concept of him being "Everything or Nothing" was pretty cool. Er... I think you should change the title's banner. It looks a little... fruity.

You have taken on too much.
It's clear that you're not a very experienced flash designer yet, and I think you took on too much with this. You clearly want it to be an epic thing, but the poor quality of the graphics, the poorly written script, the poorly edited sounds -all of these detract from what appears to be at least an interesting concept. I think you should have spent more time honing your skills on shorts before jumping into something like this. Know your limitations.
Also, the "smiley-face" shape to the "spark" in his eye was just way too cheesy.
