I enjoyed each and every moment of this song..
The first couple of minutes were pretty sleak
and very wonderful. Once it got later into this
song it got even better. This song all around
was just truly wondeful and excellent.

When I originally did this, it was real short (less than 2 minutes, I think), so this time, I wanted to focus on a calm and slow build up leading into the main theme.

hmm...
starts as nice, slow, calming ambient music, a bit creepy, but not much, and then it pretty much stays that way, with enough variation to keep it interesting but never actually changing the tone of the song very much, could work for a large yet simple dungeon in a videogame, or something of that nature anyway, possibly with some water mixed in, very calm, the industrious feel it gains later on, though busier, still retains the calming, ambient feel, this song feels very deep, with the layers of complexity being added one by one
Yeah, the drums are just repeated throughout and the composition for the lead is really basic to add a whole new feel to the track while keeping the relatively laid back feel.

This is a fantastic track. I think this is perfect as a background track. Which genre? I think this track fits in nearly every genre. I just listened to that song while playing a business simulation game. And it fitted very well. And I guess it would fit as well in nearly every other genre.
Even though the track is over 8 minutes long, it doesn't get boring. I like the various melodies you put in here. Together with the background music they build a magnificent whole.

Remarkable
Quite the outstanding work you have here. It was a nice ambient song, very calming and peaceful. Verging on a melancholy feel. I like when you finally added in the drum lines at 3:19. It completely changed tempo and feel, yet still kept it atmospheric expressions.
While listening to this, I imagined standing in the wide open plains, gazing at the stars above, and looking into the endless night.
Overall, you did a brilliant job!
