I'm actually surprised to see someone making an picture of Deathwing from WoW Cataclysm.
Ehm, his back legs look kind of weird and out of its order or something, but still, the whole thing looks great.

I am not exactly the biggest fan of dragons, as there are already amusing creatures out in this world... but your art is pure masterpiece. 410 hours of work well spent.
I am not too sure what else to say about this, other than the detail is perfection. Hell, it even beats out the word detail. Someone needs to invent a new word of awesomeness, because that is what this piece of work is.

Detail: 5/5
The sky, the background, the lava, the dragon, the fire, the cliffs... everything is done in precise detail. Even the claws look incredibly detailed being gripped to the cliff. Well done.
Color: 5/5
What more can I say? The color is a Hell based structure, and well done at that point. Again, well done.
Shading: 5/5
There isn't one spot or barely any that has the same shading taking up the picture. If any of the same shading, it would be in the background of what appears to be burnt down houses. But still they are well done.
Overall: 10/10 and 5/5. This is certainly a magnificent artwork. Keep this up and you will be king of the art portal!
