very good
but it needs a restart feture so you don't always start completely over. otherwise kickass game. the sounds were a tiny bit annoying but not enought to make the game bad. very good game.

It was hot. it reminds me of galaga. just like it!(maybe not as good, but close!)
Good only 1 problem
The randomness of upgrades makes it really hard if you die on later levels. Trying to tackle levels 2 and 3 with no missiles and only a level 1 gun is rather hard.
And because the item drop is so random, I didnt even get a weapon upgrade on level 2 untill right before the boss.
Any chance of at least a upgrade and a missile pack droping right at the start of a stage?
You know what you really need?
When you die, you should have a button that lets you continue from the beginning of the level for a number opf points, then a button that allows you to start from where you died for a larger number of points. (Yes I realize you already have the first one) Great game otherwise. Just got annoying when I had to start over with the level one red gun.
I am amazed
This is one of the best side scrolling shooters I have ever seen, this one might even be better then Gradius III! Can't wait for the sequal to come out. Little difficult if you don't know the controls, but really great!
