Has a nice bass to it, sounds real nice on my kicker comp in the car. Keep mingling with the bass on some of your new releases, really add some dynamics to your beats. You get a 10

I'd fill the gaps in the guitar riff though, try timestretching them just a tad. If you want a really chill sound you've gotta maintain the fullness and smoothness. If there are any gaps it kind of destroys the momentum of the tune. Try finding a deeper acoustic snare hit to layer under the one you've got right now, it doesn't have enough pop to it at the moment. Some reverb or delay wouldn't hurt on the vocal samples too :)
The ideas are all really good and in place, just try to make it flow a bit easier.
