I love it. It's well drawn, love the hair.
A little constructive criticism:
- Her neck is a little long. It makes the head look huge compared to what is shown of her body. At first glance, I thought it was just her head that was big, but it's the length of the neck that makes it look big. Had to think about that for a bit.
- The size of her arm is huge. The reason for that is because her waist length is short, or it seems short.
- Her breasts are kind of odd.
Other than those small things, it's really well drawn, and I like it a lot. Well done.

first thing i noticed as soon as i saw this is that the proportion is completely off. either you drew the head too big or the body too small depending on which you did first. dont get me wrong, it really is a good piece of art. i really like the whole concept of her hair being like water but the mistake in proportion really messes it up cuz its so noticeable so much so that it almost looks like you meant for her head to be that big. aside from that, its really cool.

Great colouring shading, and the meshing of the hair with the water is perfect.
Her anatomy could do with some work though, I'm no expert but the head looks a little big for her body.
