Pretty good stuff
The first thing I would redo is the text. The way it is now can make it hard to read and at times clash with the graphics. Personaly I would add a subtitle bar at the bottom and give each character diffrently colored text. Other than that its great, keep up the good work.

Anime comic series 2 was great. Very well done, thought out and detailed. much hard work went into this. The plot was a bit choppy at times, taking away from how good this movie really was. Aside from that, everything else was fine.
Quite nice, I must say.
I remember (and reviewed) the older Anime Comic episodes, and you continue to improve. This in particular was a big step forward. I loved the dramatic lighting on the characters, and your city looks cool (well, looked cool before it was gone).
You can draw hands, which impresses me. I become very frustrated trying to do the same with a mouse.
I didn't like the song, but I think I said something like that before in one of my other reviews too. That's just an opinion though,
I suggest running all the text you type through a spell-checker, there were small errors and if you don't make those errors it makes your movie much more professional.

Great style, great graphics, although some of the music could be edited better so a song doesn't just cut off when the scene changes. You could also make the rain lighter-colored next time so it doesn't interfere so much. And maybe put the text in a separate area across the bottom of the screen. But overall, great job. ^_^
Good stuff
This is a very sophisticated looking flash. I found it to be very impressive. Good storyline too. I'm hoping to pursue this type of animation once I learn flash. Good job.
