The bloodsplatter on the mask almost makes it seem like it's censored at a first glance. :) Such a bad-ass design... beautiful too. And this is pretty much what I think of our healthcare over here. XD Best avoid at all costs...

This is EXTREMELY well done!
I love the colours and the shading in this one. The idea of a patchwork doc is actually pretty terrifying. The head under her arm almost gives the idea, that the doc is gonna replace her own head with hers (and it's understandable when you see her without the mask on). She's a bit busty, but that doesn't steal the attention from, how weird her eyes look! I do like you designed her with a long neck x)
The only thing that bothers me a bit (and this is probably my own problem) the handle on the knife and the knife itself, that goes through her head, feels like they don't align completely? (Like they´re 1 cm off or something?)

I'm not an art critique pro, but I seriously dig this work. Zombie tits ftw. Also, I love the Frankenstein's Monster motif on the wrist and the stitches are cool. Nice touch with the severed head lol.
