Nice design!
Cute character with a nice design that seems fitting for a mascot or something, the way it's put together and the white outline really give it some pop. The only thing aside from some small anatomy errors I would point out is that the text to the side might be a little better incorporated into the rest of the design, it seems to be just floating to the side unevenly. Nice work though. :)

Very well done, very well done. I will admit, the right hand seems to be a left, but it could also be her holding the fan with her index finger and all the others behind it.....Unlikely. As for the rest? 'Magnifique' What I wouldn't give for a nice pair of french hips like those to start this New Year. Lovely saying as well. 9/10 because of the right hand (could be an accident) and 5/5 for summing up attitude towards life with a beautiful Kitsune and a nice accent.
