For a first movie, it's definately nothing to sneeze at. Like smokeshow already said, there are a few things you need to work at... Also, just because I'm a nitpicky bastard, you might want someone to go through and check the spelling and grammar. :-) Other'n that, the only things that you can improve on (like pacing etc.) can only be learned through experience, just keep at it!
Oh, one more thing, though... It's kinda hard to sympathise with a robot, even if it's an AI. Will anything be done to humanise the characters a bit more as the story goes on?
