HAHA, they usually edit in a new background so I don't really add in anything. Additionally, for youtube thumbnails, you need lots of contrast.

Yeah, on youtube click the share button, click embed, copy the code. Then on newgrounds there is a video button in the description fill out, and you can paste the embed code there.
