Reviews for "Dorothy"

Alice?

Where is everyone getting Alice from? The overall's dress is definitely Dorothy's style. I also read the authors notes :p. Your works amazing bud.

emiliapaw5 responds:

Thank you!! FINALLY someone read my notes and noticed this girl is DOROTHY hehe...Thanks again :)

Reminds me

of American McGee's Alice

Cept she doesn't look quite deranged enough and I dont recall her having an axe

emiliapaw5 responds:

Seems nobody here reads the authors comments, it's Dorothy from wizard of Oz with a twist :P

It's the feet

I think that the legs and ankles are fine, it's the feet that need a little attention. Dorothy looks like she's wearing pointe shoes; if you've ever looked at ballerinas you might notice that their feet look extra long. Although, all of her limbs are proportionately long, so the feet fit with her overall length. I think the audience needs to see the heel portion of the shoe to give perspective.

emiliapaw5 responds:

You might be right, but I'm not following the traditional look of Dorothy, the client wanted her to be wearing high-heel shoes with rounded tips, it would have helped if I had some of the heel showing on the bent foot I guess.

I must admit that I've never watched 'Wizard of Oz' and didn't realize that her shoes played such a significent part, if I did I probably would have put more effort into the shoes.

Thanks for the crit :)

good job!

good job and it reminds me of alace and the wonder land but the reson i gave it a 9 is because you're missing the ankles but good job other wize keep it up!

you fool

we werent supposed to reveal the next american McGee game until AFTER the next alice game. ah well put it in the cancelled video games bin.

emiliapaw5 responds:

This is Dorothy from Wizard of Oz with a little twist, so I don't know what you are talking about.
