I didn't want to give away the plot with the picture, and that was the first non-spoilerish thing I could think of since it was a step up from what I was using in the other two. Is it that bad?

If I understand the plot correctly though, then isn't there a robotic duplicate of Shinra (probably got the name around) running amok in the Ikaruga timeline with a counterfeit Ikaruga ship? Seems like a pretty nasty loose end unless you were planning a fourth movie or something. The rest of the plot is great though, and the action sequences are a big step up from the last two. All in all, I'd say you were right in claiming that this blows the first two out of the water; good job.

this was better than the first and second one, put together. i don't know what the one person was talking about, it followed the storyline of megaman and megaman X very well... either way this was a wonderful production with better action than the others.

Yeah, that's what I was aiming for when I made it, to make it better than the first two. That's why this one took about 3 times as long to make as the second episode. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Horrible Series.
The first two movies were just pointless battles... And this third one totally screws up the Megaman storyline. X is NOT Megaman. Megaman being destroyed would not instantly destroy X. I suggest that next time, you mix this ikaruga thing with a game you can understand, like Barney's Hide and Seek. That shouldn't be too hard for you.
And one more thing, having to click on almost every text box in the movie to advance it is terribly annoying.

Yes, I know Megaman is not X. But, if Megaman were destroyed and Wily took over, do you really think Dr. Light would have had the ability to create X? That's the story I was aiming for and I'm sorry you missed it.
Also, if you had bothered to read the author's comments, you would have known that you can just press the Enter key to advance to the next text box. I prefer "read at your own pace" because everyone has different reading speeds, so I try to employ that whenever possible. You can click OR hold down Enter to advance.
