Beautiful game *sob. I love every aspect of it.
My only problem is that there seems to be absolutely no law enforcement in New Jersey (or at least the city seems like New Jersey, and his plate is New Jersey). I think that there should be consequences for getting up in people's faces and blasting them (e.g. dropping from the roof and blasting a guy with a shotgun in broad daylight). Grand Theft Auto's theory is that you have to be a badass without getting fucked over by the police, which is an aspect that could be added to this game as well.
Good job, I can't wait for the next game. This one is going under one of my favorites.
