This...is...words fail... Nothing I can say would be good enough to quantify everything thats going on here. Normally I only comment when I have some form of creative criticism to add, or a funny/witty joke, but I just have to express, this image, everything thats going on with it (imagery), the sprite work, the presentation, the way its laid out and the feelings it evokes; I just have to say, if this is what perfection looks like, I cant imagine what I could say to do it justice.
Earthbound and Undertale are my favorite games, with the latter perhaps being my all time favorite, but these games just hit a certain sweet spot nothing else in this world can, from the emotions, to the characters, comedy, and atmosphere, and all your works I've seen have been amazing, but this...THIS is a true treasure. I love this. I dont think I've ever seen a piece of fanart that did this game, and this part of it in particular, better justice than this; its like I'm experiencing this town all over again gazing into this image.
Maybe there are "better" artists, and "better" or more maticularily made pieces, both of this game and of other things that also deserve as much or more respect, but for me, for Earthbound, THIS is my personal gold standard for great pieces that should be shared. Sorry if this felt sappy or "dick-sucky", but this is just great, and I want to express that in a way it deserves. Great, amazing job with this.

Wow awesome rendition to the creepy Threed!
Your take on the characters expands nicely from the original dotted eye designs,and I really dig those super subtle movements for breathing/shaking characters, quite minimal in terms of 'moving pixels' but it adds so much!
I could also go on with how unique this game is even to this day, buuut I better keep it short.
