Well, It's okay I suppose, just a couple of things.
The shadow on the floor doesn't match the person properly, the shadow has some weird glow/blur effect that doesn't work out in the edges, (see under head, and where the face meets the mask at the top)
His legs are like gigantic compared to the rest of his body .. I understand that its style and that's how megaman looks, but that's just too much, imagine walking around in those ...
Also the helmet/mask thing isn't symmetrical and neither is his arms. on top of that, the circle with the red thing on his left side of his head looks like it should be extruded from the helmet, yet it isn't ...
