This is amazing!
Everyone (with a fifth grade level intellect) can get this one, and it's funny. The art is great, nothing dramatic, but stable enough to look good. Great coloring, and the concept is amazing, the first of many that actually made me laugh more at the joke than being funnily drawn.

but i gotta agree with "gr33bl3r" that the 2nd half of your tagline would work better if it was reworked...his suggestion is better than what you used i think...
if it's true that "we didn't believe them", then it's implied that the world disregarded the reclassification, thus continuing to think pluto is a planet, thus NOT making pluto angry enough to come to earth and f*ck sh*t up.
also, scale is a bit off; it seems that airplane is the size of the statue of liberty, if not bigger..however, the concept alone, and the execution aside from what i mentioned are excellent.
