It's a great picture, but something seems off about the anatomy, i think the stance he is in is uncomfortable,like his body doesn't want to move that way. I know you were trying for something different but i think a better pose without changing much would have be to move the sword in towards his body, just a little bit. Right now though, it looks like he is getting ready to hand it off to someone else.

and i like the black parts on the guys body, got to try that in my drawings
