Sort of bland but...
The sound is the largest downside of this game. Even so, I would like to give you credit for making the game and making an effort.

hey i dont do flash so i shouldnt be talking but really, couldnt you have waited just a few more days to put some touch ups on this suck ass game?? i mean, i couldn't even get past the freaking elevator on the 1st level. this sucks.

That wasn't absolutley terrible. OK I LIED!
But does anyone else feel cheated that they played through the game twice for the BIG SECRET!!! What is 996 meant to be? Where can i type in the password? Why would i want to play the sequel anyway without your undying assurance it will be a million times better?

Couple of points seed wants to raise.
1. why does ghost have arms like ozzy osbourne in bo'selecta? SHAAAAAAAARON
2.why no combat sequence? that's what the matrix is all about!
3. the graphics are really, really bad. find a freelance artist who will do it for you.
4. do a proper pre-loader
5. sound sound and sound again.
You probably wont read this. i expect your soul snapped like a twig come the third page of reviews.

Look, myhAt was right, you tried. Frankly, I've seen worse character design (at least you didn't use stick figures). But you obviously need to practice Flash.
A bit of originality could help, too. The Matrix was once something nifty and very original, but that was OVER FOUR YEARS AGO. It has now grown rather stale.
How anyone could (and continue to) stand the literally *countless* references made to The Matrix (past the year 2000) in Flash animations, TV shows, games and movies is beyond me. Time to move on to the next fad, people !
If you're really still going to make a sequel to this, at least spend a bit more time on it. Your concept of perspective in the driving level could have used some work, too. You made the roadway seem quite narrow. If you need an example of perspective, just watch Star Wars and pause it during the Death Star trench scene.
