The light makes the picture more alive and the movements shows really good that it is under water, and that is really amazing. Under water yes indeed.
Simply amazing.
This is one of the most beautiful and peaceful drawings i've seen on newgrounds. Very nice job, but her ribs are a little awkward.

the ribs are a bit too high up and have too much contrast underthem..
