Not too bad
This seems to be a pretty well done drawing but you could have used different shades to illustrate and make it clearer how he is to look because it looks a bit messy and color could have been added to make it look a lot neater. Hank from the 6th Madness Combat seemed to be pretty cool.
Overall this needs colors and maybe even possibly a background to give a back story of why he looks like that.

Not bad :)
A decent enough image of Hank, though I would certainly recommend that you get your hands on a tablet and start drawing these things digitally.
You could certainly use some work on the background and perhaps even a splash of colour - you could do so much with the shading, just using the pencil and adding the red of the goggles and the blood stains to Hank's clothing, making it appear more menacing.
I'd have centralised Hank more for the image and tried to make that the focus of the image, rather than adding a large signature. changing these things about slightly will certainly help in the long run
