Very good.
I would make a couple small adjustments though.
The wings should be bigger, unless he's not ment to fly then it's fine.
Also the arms and wings should be connected at slightly different heights, (the arm should probably go below) unless, again, he's not ment to fly.
Otherwise perfect.
